No Eclipse For Me!

After reading about tomorrows cool lunar eclipse I decided now would be a good time to invest in a telescope for  me and Rowen. I’m not planning on getting anything extravagant, just something workable. She may have no interest in it and I know my interest isn’t enough to justify a super-dooper ‘scope.

Then I check the forecast for tomorrow night. And I am saddened. 80-90% cloud cover, possible rain or even snow. This sucks. There’s a vanishingly small chance we’ll get to see the eclipse. But I’m going to pick up a telescope anyway. If we can’t catch the eclipse tomorrow, there’s will always be cool stuff to look at in the sky another day.
